FlexiCore Ingredients: What Is Actually in the Capsule
FlexiCore is built on four named ingredients — collagen type II, glucosamine, chondroitin and hyaluronic acid. Each has research behind it, each does a different job in the joint, and each has a dose that trials actually used. Those numbers are the useful part, and this is where they are.
Collagen type II
Collagen is the most abundant protein in the body and the scaffold cartilage is built on. Supplements come in two very different forms — undenatured type II at tiny doses and hydrolysed peptides at large ones — and that distinction matters far more than the word “collagen” on the front of a box.

Glucosamine
Glucosamine is the most-studied joint ingredient of the last thirty years, and also the most argued-about. Trials used 1500 mg a day of the sulphate form, results are mixed but not empty, and two groups of people should ask a pharmacist before starting.

Chondroitin
Chondroitin sulphate holds water in cartilage and is glucosamine’s standard partner in joint formulas. Trials used 800–1200 mg a day, and independent testing has repeatedly found that what is in the bottle does not always match the label.

Hyaluronic acid
Hyaluronic acid holds water in tissue. In the knee it is part of the fluid that lubricates the joint, which is why doctors inject it there — and why the oral form in a capsule is a genuinely different proposition that deserves a straight explanation.

Why the amount matters more than the name
Every joint formula on the market lists recognisable ingredients. What separates one from another is how much of each is in a capsule. Glucosamine trials used 1500 mg a day; chondroitin trials used 800–1200 mg. A product supplying a fraction of that is not comparable to the research, however impressive the label looks.
On the amounts. The ingredients publicly listed for FlexiCore are collagen type II, glucosamine, chondroitin and hyaluronic acid. Exact amounts per capsule are not published in the product information currently available. For the most accurate composition and dosage information, check the product packaging or confirm the details with the seller before use.
That is why every page on this site says the same thing rather than filling the gap with a guess: we will not print a milligram figure we cannot source. Ask the seller, or read the pack when it arrives — you can refuse the parcel if it does not say what you were told.
What this combination is, and is not
Collagen type II, glucosamine and chondroitin together are the standard structural approach to joint support, and hyaluronic acid adds the water-holding component of joint fluid. They supply raw material and support the physical properties of cartilage and the fluid around it. They are not analgesics, they do not act within hours, and they do not reverse established joint disease.
Used sensibly — daily, for eight to twelve weeks, alongside movement and sane loading of the joint — they are a reasonable thing to try. Used as a replacement for medical care of a diagnosed condition, they are not.
