We reply within one working day. Include your phone number as given on the order form so we can find it.
What we can help with

- A delivery that did not match what was agreed on the call.

What we cannot help with
Medical questions about your own situation — whether a supplement suits your condition, whether it interacts with your prescription, what a symptom means. A licensed pharmacist can answer those properly in a few minutes, and we cannot answer them responsibly at all.
Nobody from this site will ever ask you to pay before delivery, or to send money to a personal account. If you receive such a request, it did not come from us.
