What we collect

When you submit the order form we collect exactly two things you type: your name and your phone number. We do not ask for and do not store card details, bank details, a home address typed on this site, a date of birth or any health information.

Our server also records the IP address the request came from. It is required by the order processing system to accept a submission and is used to reject automated spam.

Why we collect it

To call you back, confirm your delivery address by phone, and arrange courier delivery of the product you asked for. That is the only purpose. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell personal data to anyone.

Who it is shared with

Your name and phone number are passed to the order processing partner that operates the call centre and dispatch for this product in Nigeria, and from there to the courier who delivers to you. They are not shared with anyone else.

How long it is kept

A short-lived record of your phone number is held by us for fifteen minutes to stop the same order being submitted twice by accident. If an order cannot be passed on immediately it is held for up to thirty days so it is not lost, then deleted automatically. The order processing partner keeps order records under its own retention policy.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics scripts. There is nothing here for a consent banner to ask about. See the cookie policy for detail.

Your rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Email info@flexicore.com.ng from any address, quoting the phone number you used on the form, and we will action it within one working day.

Children

This site and this product are for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and the order form posts to our own server. No third party can read the form contents in transit. No credential or payment data is ever requested here.
